Giler sronok k bila my SIL ajak gi dinner nie....memula i ingat Chef Zubir just interframe jer taw....biasaklah org excited lebih kan....it turns out that dia yg prepare every plates ngan team dia....#kembang idung jap...
xpyh lah i bersusah payah bayar memahal pi La Meridian just to get a glimpse of Chef Zubir.
Kepada sesiapa yg blum mengenali chef zubir ni, he is on of the chef dlm Masterchef Malaysia. I'm saying this sbb adalah makhluk yg xknal siapa chef zubir nie....
He is Ex Uitm Student sbnrnya.....eh...samalah kiterrr.....
As a starter Chef Zubir prepare
Sweet Prawn Mushroom Frittata, Fava Bean Mouselline, 50Degrees Slow Cooked Salmon, Ruby Blood Plum Chutney, Citrus Reduction.
owh seriously, i yg xpandai msk ni rasa lagi lah xpdai msk k....
first spoon masuk ke mulut i dh tersipu2 kambing.....alahai.....first time merasa fine dining dlm idup weh....
Nk ke main course tu lama skit, last2 skali my sil ckp, if i wanted to see how chef zubir works ikut dia....maka terkedek2 lah i over excited nk tgk....masa ni mmg dia tgh bz tapi sempat snap few pic of him...
lagilah i hoverrrr....kih...kih...kih....

Starter td rasa mcm xpuas jer kan.....masuk main course dh tercungap2 nk abis....tu blum lagi dgr citer sensasi dr Chef Yusof ....
Chef Yusof ni one of the columnist dlm AROMA....

Owh i lupa....sblm dinner served kan, ada slide presentation psl Chef Zubir punya achievement, and specch dr deputy dean kalau xsilap i....that lady....arghh...can't remember her name...
Dr Arthinah rasanya....
Few guys singing....with Frank Sinatra number.....sedap jugak suara bdk2 tue...
Then.....Chef Zubir pun appeared among the crowd....thanking everybody....telling his stories....with his team yg setia sepanjang 15 tahun...
